Cramosina (Upper)

While the lower part was known since long time ago, the crazy upper part has only been discovered since a few years. Integrale is one of the toughest canyons of the alps.

While not as continuous as its neighbour Usèdi, Cramosina has an incredible section of about 6 rappels which is considered to be amongst the most beautiful of the country.
