  Anelles

A gneiss gorge above Ceret with three ways to run the crux drop: a straight 27 meter rappel, a shorter rappel plus jump, or a full 27 meter leap that RopeWiki's own trip notes describe with visible hesitation. Water runs year round, thin in summer and higher through spring snowmelt.

  Llech

One mandatory rappel and otherwise nonstop jumps and slides, aquapark style, in a gneiss gorge below Canigou. Trip notes warn one slide holds a rough recirculating pocket, so scout the landing before you commit.

  Saint-Vincent

Three kilometers and 800 meters of descent below Vernet-les-Bains, five to seven hours in the canyon plus another two and a half to three hours just to reach the start. The crux, known locally as the Forat del Mort (Hole of the Dead), is two rappels off an inclined slab into a roughly 45 meter drop.

  Taurinya

RopeWiki's own infobox calls this one granite and lists permits as required; the page text corrects both, insisting it's gneiss and that no permit is needed. Either way: 1000 meters and 260 meters of drop below Canigou over five to six hours, capped by a 35 meter rappel.
