High flood risk
Tiwi, OM
A 2 hour palm-grove walk into a hidden limestone slot ending with a swim through a tunnel into a fallen-block cave chamber.
From the parking at the bridge, take the short fisherman's boat ferry across the entry pool (small fee, no permit). The classic finish is the tunnel swim; pack a dry bag for camera and snacks. Modest swimwear (shorts and shirt) per Omani convention. The technical canyoneer rating is low, but the experience is iconic.
