Guara's park authority names only four canyons that need advance authorization (La Choca, Otin, Palomeras del Flumen, El Diablo), and this is not one of them, so no red tape applies. It also turns up on Wikiloc trip reports under the name Barranco A Calma, worth knowing if you are cross referencing beta elsewhere.
