Treat this one as an unknown quantity. The RopeWiki page carries a coordinate, a 4B IV rating, and the naming note, and nothing else: approach, descent, exit, and red tape are all empty headings. The grade implies mandatory rappels and water in the canyon, but no rappel count and no longest rappel have ever been published, so bring a full rack and enough rope to build the route from scratch. The only linked trip report is a 2010 Canyoneering USA piece for a drainage the author nicknamed B.O. Canyon on the trip itself, so do not assume it describes this canyon. Note also that the red tape section being blank is an absence of information, not a statement that no permit is needed.
