Access runs informally through a bar on the main square in Prodo: the owner is used to canyoneering parties, will hold car keys or dry items, and can arrange a lunch platter or, for a couple of euros more, a shower and changing room in a nearby former schoolhouse. On the descent, pool depths under the jumps are not fixed; sand and gravel refill and empty the landings from year to year, so send someone ahead to check before jumping, and expect visibility to run murky at times. The hike out takes about 35 minutes up a loose, leafy slope where ropes are strung tree to tree to help with the climb.
