Slot Canyon Atlas

AtlasSierra de Guara - Mascun

Barranco Otín

verified Ungraded High flood risk Rodellar, Huesca

Big walls, big rappels, and Egyptian vultures: a 48 m drop hung above the first slot section, eight rappels in a habitually dry limestone canyon above Rodellar.

The Mar-Jun closure is a real bird-protection rule, not a paperwork formality. Authorization for that window must be requested in advance through the park (procedure documented at montanaregulada.org). Outside the window, treat it as a long technical day; carry installation gear if the previous winter was wet.
